The Old Rectory

The Old Rectory is a manor house in Poole with seven bedrooms spread over three floors, set behind gates on its own drive. Hamworthy Beach is 0.5 miles away, and a shop and a pub are less than 1 mile away. Inside, there are exposed ceiling beams, feature fireplaces and antique furniture.

Downstairs, the lounge has an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner and a Smart TV, and there is a snug, a games room and a grand dining hall whose table converts to a pool and snooker table. The kitchen and dining area has a breakfast bar, a double oven and induction hob, an American-style fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and a utility room has a washing machine and dryer. A nursery kitchen has its own oven, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.

The first floor has four bedrooms and a family bathroom with a double Jacuzzi bath. The second floor has three more bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a second kitchen and a retro cinema room. Two travel cots, two highchairs and stairgates on request are available.

The enclosed wrap-around garden has outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a BBQ and a dining area. The 7-person hot tub can be used from 10am to 10pm only, and quiet outdoor hours run from 10pm to 10am. Parking is private for seven cars. Three dogs may stay, and additional charges may apply. The house suits a large family reunion or a group of friends of up to 14 who want a games room and a hot tub.
