Tudor Grange

Tudor Grange is a former hotel built in 1927, standing in Bournemouth with twelve bedrooms for up to 24 guests. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bath or shower room. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, a twin and a king-size, and the first floor has ten more: a super-king-size, two king-size rooms, three doubles, a zip-linked double, a twin, a bunk room and a family room with two bunks.

The house has a sitting room, a dining room and a kitchen with a gas double oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Heating is gas central heating with an open fire, and there is a Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books. A highchair and a travel cot are available, and ten floor mattresses can be requested for a small fee. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The front garden is not enclosed. It has a lawn, decking, gravel, a patio with furniture, a hot tub, and a play area with a swing, slide and climbing frame. Off-road parking takes at least 10 cars. The shop and pub are 0.2 miles away and the beach is 0.5 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed. It suits a large family gathering or several families sharing the cost of one house.
