7 Blue Water

7 Blue Water is a ground-floor apartment in Southbourne, a seaside suburb of Bournemouth, in a quiet residential development. Beach, shop and pub are each within 10 minutes on foot. The balcony has furniture, and there is bike storage. Southbourne High Street has cafes, restaurants, bars and shops, a bus stop is a short walk away, and walks along the beach lead on towards Hengistbury Head.

Gas underfloor heating runs through the flat. The open-plan living area combines the kitchen, dining and sitting areas, and the dining table extends to seat up to six, with two extra chairs supplied.
