Dairy Cottage

Dairy Cottage is a thatched, three-bedroom house on a partial working farm near Abbotsbury, with rural views over the Dorset countryside. The coast is a short car journey away. The village of Abbotsbury is 2.7 miles away, the nearest shop is 2.6 miles and the pub 2.7 miles. Off-road parking takes three cars.

The kitchen/diner has an electric Rangemaster oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. The living/dining room has a woodburning stove, with a starter pack included, and a Smart TV. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The three bedrooms are two doubles and a twin, and they share a bathroom with a bath and a handheld shower and a shower room with a walk-in shower. A travel cot, a highchair and a stairgate are available on request; bring your own cot linen.

There are steps outside and inside, and headroom on the staircase is limited, so the cottage is unsuitable for anyone with limited mobility. The front garden is enclosed, with a lawn, a patio and furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. It suits a family or a group of friends who want a farm setting, and perhaps a dog.
