Greenstones

Greenstones is a detached house in the hamlet of Twyford, near Sturminster Newton and Farrington. It sleeps eight in four bedrooms: a super-king-size, a super-king-size zip-and-link that becomes twin beds if you ask when booking, a king-size and a twin. Two bathrooms serve them, an en-suite with a roll-top bath and a main bathroom with a bath and a separate shower.

The open-plan kitchen/diner has an oil-fired range, an electric oven and hob, a microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a Lavazza coffee machine. A snug off it has an inglenook fireplace, a wood burner and a Smart TV, and the lounge has a second wood burner and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The first basket of logs is included. A piano stands in the hall, the utility room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, and the games room has a football table.

Outside, two patios have garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, and the second one holds the private hot tub, with robes and separate hot tub towels supplied. There is also an outside shower and a dog-wash area. A shared gravel drive leads to private parking for four cars.

One dog is allowed, restricted to the ground floor, and additional charges may apply. The shop and pub are 2 miles away. The house suits a large family or two families who want a hot tub and a games room, with a dog downstairs.
