The Willows - Dorset

The Willows is a single-level cottage in Child Okeford, near Farrington, and it sleeps four. One bedroom is a double and the other a twin, and they share a bathroom with a three-corner bath, a shower cubicle and a WC. Children under 5 are not accepted, and dogs are not allowed.

The lounge, dining and kitchen area is open plan, with a Smart TV and a dining table behind the seating. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher, and a welcome pack is provided. The washing machine is in a shared external utility room on site, not in the cottage itself.

A door leads out to an enclosed garden with a patio and garden furniture. Private parking is for two cars. The shop and pub are 0.5 miles away, the beach is 20 miles, and the North Dorset Trailway, part of the old Somerset and Dorset railway, is within 1.5 miles for walking or cycling.

The village has a pub, a farm shop and cafe, a post office and a village shop, and Cerne Abbas is 18 miles away. The cottage can be booked alongside other properties on the same site that sleep a further 6 guests. It suits two couples or a family of four who want a village base for walking and cycling.
