The Old Pumphouse - Dorset

The Old Pumphouse is a cottage over two levels in Child Okeford, a village near Farrington. There is a step at the entrance. It sleeps two, in a double bedroom upstairs, and children under 5 are not accepted.

The ground floor has a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a dishwasher, and a dining table to one side. The lounge has armchairs, exposed wooden beams and a Smart TV. The utility room has a washing machine, and there is a WC on this floor.

Upstairs, the double bedroom has a changing area, storage, a second Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower attachment. Outside, the enclosed garden has a lawned area and a patio with furniture. Private parking is for one car.

Dogs are not allowed. A shop and a pub are 0.5 miles away and the beach is 20 miles. Kingston Lacy House and Badbury Rings are both less than 16 miles away, and Hambledon Hill is 1 mile off. A welcome pack is provided, and Child Okeford has plenty of places to eat as well as a village shop. The cottage suits a couple who want a bath in the bedroom suite and a short walk to the pub.
