Little Willow

Little Willow is a detached one-bedroom property in Farrington, partly built from a shipping container, with everything on a single floor. It sleeps two and does not take children. One open-plan space holds the kitchen, a dining area for four and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, and the rent includes fuel, power and a starter pack for the stove.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and there is a TV with Freeview and WiFi. The washing machine is not in the cottage itself but in an adjacent building. The double bedroom opens to its own shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, an enclosed patio garden has furniture, a fire pit, a barbecue and a pizza oven, and a secure shed takes bikes. Off-road parking is available. A shop and a pub are 2.1 miles off.

Pets are welcome, two at most, if they are quiet and well-behaved: the owners live in the adjacent property and have seven rescue dogs. Tiny Willow can be booked together with Little Willow, and a door then links an outside space; between the two they sleep four. For one booking, Little Willow suits a couple, with or without a calm dog, who want a self-contained base without stairs.
