Tiny Willow

Set in Farrington, Tiny Willow is a ground-floor lodge laid out studio-style around a double bed. It overlooks the owners' vegetable plot, with south-facing fields beyond, and it sleeps two. Children are not accepted.

The open-plan room combines a kitchen, a dining table and a sitting area with two armchairs and an electric fire. Cooking is by electric oven and hob, with a microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and the TV and WiFi are included. Heating is electric central heating, with fuel and power covered by the rent, as are bed linen and towels. The en-suite has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A washing machine is available, housed in an adjacent building.

Outside is a private courtyard with seating and a barbecue. Off-road parking is available, and the nearest shop and pub are 2.1 miles away.

Two pets are welcome on one condition: the owners live in the adjacent property with seven rescue dogs, so visiting animals must be quiet and well-behaved to avoid upsetting them. Tiny Willow can also be booked together with Little Willow, sleeping four between them, and a door then links an outside space; booked separately, the two do not overlook each other. On its own, the lodge suits a couple who want a small, self-contained base.
