Its partial rural views stretch further from the adjacent bridleway, where on a clear day Bournemouth and the Isle of Wight can be seen. The nearest shop is 4 miles away and the pub 2 miles.

Inside, a hall with storage for coats and shoes leads to a king-size bedroom on the left and an open-plan living space on the right. The living area combines a kitchen, a dining table and a sofa with a wall-mounted Smart TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The shower room at the end of the hall has a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail, and underfloor oil heating runs through the home. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Parking is on the private driveway outside. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with furniture, where up to two well-behaved pets are welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The home suits a couple travelling with one or two dogs who want a quiet base with their own drive.
