Divider walls without doors separate the areas at Stable, so the double bed, the kitchen, the dining area and the sitting area are open to one another. The studio-style layout sits inside a former stable on the edge of Blandford Forum, on a single storey, for two guests and one well-behaved dog.

The sitting area has a velvet sofa and a Smart TV, and WiFi is provided. Cooking is electric, with an oven and hob, and the kitchen adds a microwave, a fridge, a freezer and a coffee machine. The shower room is fitted with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. Central heating is installed, and linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent.

Guests have access to 28 acres of woodland, Downwood Vineyard and a games area. Parking is off-road, a shop is 1.5 miles away and a pub is 0.4 miles. Anyone needing more room can reserve Stable with the other units, and the full group sleeps up to 36.

Smoking is not allowed, and the limit is one dog. Stable works for a couple with a dog who are happy with doorless dividers and would sooner spend their time in the woodland.
