The Esplanade

The Esplanade is a Georgian, Grade II listed house set over four floors on the seafront in Weymouth, with the beach opposite and a shop 100 metres away. It has ten bedrooms, each with a TV and an en-suite bathroom, and it sleeps 18.

The ground floor has a hallway, a cloakroom, a dining room and a kitchen with two single electric ovens, an induction hob, a microwave, a full-height larder fridge, an undercounter freezer, two dishwashers and a washing machine. The first floor has a sitting room with sea views and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Bedrooms are spread across the first, second and third floors: doubles, rooms with zip-and-link beds that can be set up as twins or a super-king on request, a twin with 3ft 6in single beds, and on the third floor a family room with sea views made up of two interconnecting bedrooms that share an en-suite bathroom, which is why the bedroom count is ten.

Off-road parking takes six cars. A cot and two highchairs are available, WiFi runs throughout, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The rail station is less than five minutes' walk away, the National Express terminal ten minutes' walk, and the pub a few minutes' walk.

Strictly no pets and strictly no smoking, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The house suits a large family or a group of friends who want a bedroom and bathroom each.
