Woodlands House

Woodlands House sleeps twelve in six bedrooms, with four bathrooms to share between them. It stands near Ringwood, a market town on the western fringes of the New Forest National Park, and not far from Wimborne Minster. The private driveway holds up to six cars.

Five of the six bedrooms have a Smart TV and three have en-suites. The super-king-size room has air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, a balcony and an en-suite with a bath and walk-in shower. A ground-floor king-size also has air conditioning and an en-suite shower, and a double has an en-suite shower too. Two more king-size rooms have Smart TVs, and the sixth room is a bunk room. A separate shower room makes four bathrooms in all.

The house also has a kitchen/diner, a sitting room and a snug with a Smart TV and Netflix. The kitchen has a double electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. In the enclosed garden are a lawn, patio furniture, a hot tub and a summer house. Gas central heating and WiFi are provided, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are in the rent, and a cot and highchair are available.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The nearest pub is 1.3 miles away, and a shop 0.3 miles. The owner asks for a good housekeeping bond, and smoking is not allowed. With enough notice, the owner will add touches to the welcome pack for an occasion. Good for two or three families, or a group celebrating together, who want a hot tub and a ground-floor bedroom.
