50 Fernhill Heights

50 Fernhill Heights is a two-bedroom house between the coastal towns of Charmouth and Lyme Regis, next to Lyme Regis golf course. It sleeps four. The nearest shop is 1.1 miles away and the pub is 1 mile. The grounds back onto woodland and give direct access to the coastal footpath.

The ground floor is an open-plan living and dining area, with the kitchen at the back looking over the garden and the trees beyond. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Upstairs, a double and a twin share the family bathroom, which has a bath with a shower over; a separate cloakroom has a basin and WC. Electric central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Off-road parking takes two cars, and guests are asked to park on the gravel, not the grass. The enclosed rear garden has a decked seating area with a table and chairs, but it cannot be reached from inside the house: a footpath runs round from the parking area. The garden is on several levels with steep steps, so it may not suit young children or anyone with limited mobility.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and owners are asked to keep dogs on a lead around Fernhill. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a couple or a small family with a dog who want walks from the door and are comfortable with garden steps.
