Blueberry Cottage

Blueberry Cottage is a modernised and extended holiday home in the village of Sutton Poyntz, next to the duck pond. The Springhead pub is a five-minute walk, and the nearest shop is ten minutes on foot. Bowleaze Cove, the nearest beach, is a couple of miles away.

Inside, the kitchen has a dining area and the sitting room has a gas log fire. The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob, an electric oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine, and there is a TV, a DVD player and WiFi. The rent includes fuel, power, bed linen and towels, and the heating is gas central heating.

There are two bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin with two single beds, and the cottage sleeps four. The one bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath with a shower over. Outside, a patio and a lawned garden have furniture. Parking is roadside in the village.

Bookings run on a Friday changeover only, with check-in from 2pm and check-out by 10am. No children under six can be accepted. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The cottage suits a couple, or two couples, who want a village base with a pub on foot and a dog along.
