Overcliff One

Overcliff One is the ground-floor apartment of a building in Southbourne, in the Bournemouth area. It sleeps four. The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room and WC, the second bedroom has twin beds, and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath makes two bathrooms. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area has bi-fold doors.

Dogs are the point of this one: two are allowed, extra charges may apply, and there is a dog shower at the rear of the property. The garden is enclosed and communal, shared with the first-floor apartment when it is occupied, and has garden furniture and a BBQ.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine and an air fryer. There is a Smart TV in the living room, and a highchair and travel cot are available. Parking is private and off-road for two cars, one at the front and one at the rear. CCTV cameras at the front, side and rear cover the parking areas and driveway.

The beach is 100 metres away, and the shop and pub are 0.5 miles. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. It suits a couple or two friends with one or two dogs who want the beach on the doorstep.
