Regis Cottage

Regis Cottage has three bathrooms for four guests. The king-size bedroom on the first floor has an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC, and a TV. The twin bedroom shares the first-floor bathroom, which has a small bath and a WC, and a wet room with a WC is on the ground floor.

It is a converted farm building on a gated complex of 16 properties in Charmouth, with the beach, shops and pubs within walking distance. The hallway opens to a lounge/diner on the left, where sofas face a TV and DVD player, and the kitchen is on the right with an integrated oven and gas hob, a microwave and a dishwasher. The adjoining utility room has the washer/dryer, a fridge and a freezer. A private, enclosed patio has garden furniture for drinks or meals outdoors.

Guests can use the covered, heated outdoor pool at the neighbouring holiday park, which is open on set dates through the season. The coffee shop and children's play area share the park, and the health club (gym, indoor pool, sauna and steam room) takes adults over 18 for an extra charge.

Cars park on site. Guests arrive between 4pm and 8pm, and a refundable security deposit is payable closer to the holiday. A cot mattress and stairgates are not provided, electric cars cannot be charged here, and club Wi-Fi costs extra. Dogs are not allowed. The cottage suits two couples, or a couple with two children, who want a bathroom to themselves.
