Shell Cottage

Shell Cottage is a single-storey studio-style cottage in Bournemouth, set up for two. One room combines a super king-size bed, a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and a separate shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Beach, pub and shop are 0.2, 0.5 and 1 mile away respectively, with Alum Chine beach the nearest.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Gas central heating, WiFi and a Smart TV are included, together with fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

An enclosed patio with furniture sits outside. Roadside parking is available, and on request the owner can provide a fob for the gated parking area belonging to the property, so ask before you arrive if you want it. The patio is fully enclosed.

The cottage does not allow smoking or pets, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. Short breaks are offered in winter, off-season, last minute and at Christmas. It is decorated for Christmas with a real tree and seasonal decorations, and Christmas bookings must be for seven nights. With one bed in a single room it suits a couple, and it is a poor choice for anyone who wants a separate bedroom.
