Enclosed communal gardens with a lawn are just outside, with the shop 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.8 miles and the beach 1.3 miles. Changeovers cannot fall on a Sunday, smoking is not allowed, pets are not accepted and a good housekeeping bond is payable. As the other half of Bellair House Apartments, the flat can be booked together with The Westgate for eight guests. The bedrooms, kitchen/diner and sitting room are all on the one ground floor. It suits a family or two couples who want a ground-floor base with a garden.
