The Westgate

Steps lead up to The Westgate, a first-floor apartment in Charmouth with off-road parking and enclosed, lawned communal gardens. It sleeps four, in a king-size bedroom and a twin with two single beds, and it sits within the Dorset AONB, with Lyme Regis 2.5 miles from Charmouth and Bridport 6.5 miles. It is one of the two Bellair House Apartments.

The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a heated towel rail. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, with a separate utility room beside it. A living/dining room and a sitting room with a Smart TV give two places to sit, and meals can be eaten at the table or outside in the communal gardens. Gas central heating, WiFi, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included, and a highchair is available.

The shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.8 miles and the beach 1.3 miles. Smoking and pets are not allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It can be booked together with The Garden Flat, also in Charmouth, for eight guests. It suits a family or two couples who do not mind the steps up.
