Throop House Barn

Throop House Barn is a single-storey property in the village of Throop, close to the River Stour and next to Throop Mill. Bournemouth is 4 miles away. Walk through the patio doors and you are in an open-plan living space with a beamed ceiling, a breakfast bar with high stools for four, and a lounge area with a Smart TV.

The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a fridge with ice box, a microwave, an air fryer, a dishwasher and a coffee pod machine. The two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, each have a Smart TV, and they share one shower room with WC. There is one step down into the shower. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside is an enclosed garden with dining and lounging furniture, a bench and a bistro table. Entry is through electric gates. Parking is allocated for up to 2 cars, outside the property on a layby. The owner lives on site, with privacy for guests assured. CCTV runs 24 hours a day and covers the driveway.

The beach is 4 miles away, the pub and restaurant 1.5 miles and the shop 1 mile. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. It suits a couple or a small family who want a quiet village base with a private courtyard.
