Willows

Willows is a ground-floor apartment on a private road in Charmouth, with no passing traffic. The beach is 200 yards away, the road overlooks open countryside, and the outlook includes Stonebarrow. Two bedrooms sleep four: a king-size and a twin, both looking over the gardens and the land beyond. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The sitting room has wooden beams and patio doors that open onto a covered terrace. There is a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, grill and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, plus two televisions, a DVD player and WiFi. Heating is by electric convector. Fuel is included in the rent, bed linen and towels are too, but electricity is not: it is paid for with coins in a meter. A good-housekeeping bond applies.

Meals can be eaten at the rustic dining area or, through the sitting-room doors, out on the terrace. Outside there is a garden with furniture as well as the terrace, and parking takes two cars. Shop and pub alike are 0.3 miles away.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The apartment suits a couple or a family of four with dogs who want the bedrooms and living space on one level.
