2 Driftwood

2 Driftwood is a first-floor apartment in West Bay. Its open-plan living area has a fitted kitchen, a sitting area and a dining area, lit by large windows. Heating is underfloor gas, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The king-size bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and the second bedroom holds full-size twin beds. A separate bathroom has a bath, a basin and a WC. In the kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hairdryer, and an iron and ironing board. Wifi, a Smart TV with an Amazon Firestick, a DVD player and a CD/radio player are provided.

Parking is an allocated space for one car in the residents' parking area. The apartment sits in the heart of West Bay, with shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and fish-and-chip huts on the doorstep, and the nearest shop and pub are each 0.1 miles away.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment suits two couples, or a family of up to four, who travel with a single car and would rather walk to the harbour and beaches than drive.
