9 Maritime House

9 Maritime House is a second-floor apartment in West Bay for up to four guests. The main living space is a single open-plan room that holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a large L-shaped sofa. The wooden kitchen has an electric oven, a halogen hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box and a washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms. The double has French windows onto the balcony, which is enclosed, and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower. The second room is a bunk room with a television of its own, and it has access to the family bathroom, which has a bath. Two televisions are provided in all, one of them with a DVD player, and WiFi is included.

Electric heating is fitted, and the rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels. Parking is off the road and covered, for one car, with a height limit of 2.1 metres. A pub is 0.1 miles away and a shop 0.3 miles.

Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment suits a couple with two children, or two couples who do not mind sharing a bunk room.
