Bayridge

Bayridge is an apartment on the first floor of a historic maritime building near the harbour front in West Bay, above a tea room. A communal staircase or a lift leads up to it, and the apartment itself is all on one level. The South West Coast Path is 200 yards away, and local pubs, cafes, shops, the harbour and the beach are within walking distance.

All the doors lead off the entrance hall, which has plenty of space for coats and shoes. The living, kitchen and dining space is one room with double-aspect windows. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge with an ice box, a microwave, a washer/dryer and a slimline dishwasher. For the evenings there is a TV with a BT TV box, a DVD player with a selection of DVDs, an iPod dock and a DAB radio.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom is a compact double, and the family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a WC. There is no outside space. Parking is one allocated off-road space for a small or medium car, with a pay and display car park next to the building and more within a short walk. EV charging points are in the adjacent car park. Guests can bring their own travel cot and highchair.

Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am. The apartment suits a couple or a small family who want the harbour, beach and pubs within walking distance and travel with one small car.
