4 Kingfisher Court

4 Kingfisher Court is a ground-floor apartment on the seafront in West Bay, with the beach 0.05 miles away and a pub 0.1 miles. Access is by two external steps. It sleeps two, in a compact double bedroom at the rear with an en-suite shower room, and note that the bed is against the wall and can only be reached from one side.

The open-plan living space has a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, with floor-to-ceiling French doors facing west and a large Smart TV. A dishwasher, a Dualit coffee maker, an electric oven, a grill and hob, and a fridge freezer are provided. The apartment has a conservatory, and a sun room at the front is a spot for morning coffee. WiFi, electric heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are all included.

Outside, a communal garden has lawns and seating areas. The garage takes one small or medium-sized car and measures 2.2 metres wide, 1.7 metres high and 4.8 metres long, and a permit covers extra on-site spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. The shop is 0.2 miles away.

Pets are not allowed, and neither is smoking. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. The apartment suits a couple who want to be on the seafront and can manage two steps at the door.
