Roundham Cottage
Adults-only one-bedroom cottage for two near West Bay
Roundham Cottage is a converted holiday home for two adults a short stroll from West Bay, with the shop 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.5 miles and the beach 0.6 miles. Everything is on one level: a king-size bedroom, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, a basin and a WC, and an open-plan living space with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area.
The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave and a fridge, and there is a TV. This cottage has no washing machine, dishwasher or freezer. Gas central heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
Outside is an enclosed area of decking with an outdoor seating area, and off-road parking for one car. The owners live adjacent to the cottage. The living space has a dining table, a sofa and the TV, so meals and evenings are in the one room. West Bay has a fishing harbour with boat trips, and Lyme Regis lies to the west of it.
The cottage does not accept children, pets or smoking. It suits a couple who want a one-bedroom base near West Bay and are happy to do without a washing machine.
