The Harbourside - West Bay

The Harbourside is a split-level apartment in an 1886 building beside the harbour in West Bay, with its own entrance. A short flight of stairs leads down to the entrance hall, and the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has views over the harbour. The bedroom is off the hall, and more stairs lead down from the living space to the bathroom.

The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a WC. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge with an ice compartment. There are Smart TVs in the lounge and the bedroom.

One off-road parking space belongs to the apartment, on the harbourside of the building, so there is no hunt for a space and no extra parking charge. Outside the communal hallway is a shared open lawn at the front. The beach is 100 metres away, and pubs and shops are within 100 metres.

Children and babies are not accepted, and dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. The apartment suits a couple who want to be next to the harbour and the beach, with a parking space of their own.
