Flat 30

Flat 30 is a third-floor studio-style apartment in West Bay, sleeping two. A large window frames the sea views, and the double bed pulls down. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box and a washing machine, and there is a breakfast bar for two.

The separate shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. A TV and WiFi are provided, the heating is electric central heating, and fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included. A highchair and a travel cot can be supplied on request.

Guests have a designated parking space for one car. A lift or a staircase serves the third floor. The shop is 0.3 miles away, and the pub and the beach are each 0.1 miles. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out at 10am. Bridport, with its museum and market, is a short drive, and Charmouth and Lyme Regis lie further along the coast.

One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The studio suits a couple, or a couple with a pet, who want a compact flat close to the harbour with the sea in view.
