Bella Rosa

Bella Rosa is a holiday home in Overcombe, the coastal part of Preston, and its main appeal is the outlook. From the designated parking space there are views across the beach and out to sea, and the patio, which comes with outdoor furniture, looks over the beach too. The double bedroom upstairs has elevated views across the beach towards Weymouth and Portland. The Oasis cafe is nearby.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The double is on the first floor with an en-suite bath and a shower over it, while the twin is on the ground floor. A cloakroom with a basin and WC is also on the first floor. Downstairs there is a living/dining room with a wall-mounted TV and a dining table, and a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a kettle and a toaster. WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Parking is a single designated space, so the property suits one car only. A shop is 0.1 miles away. There is a good-housekeeping bond to pay, and pets and smoking are not allowed.

It works well for a couple with two friends, or a family of four, who want views over the beach and can manage with one car. The bedrooms are on different floors, which is worth weighing if you are bringing young children.
