The Willows

The Willows, a single-storey bungalow in the village of Preston, has an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, a patio and an outdoor table and chairs, and a private driveway that takes two cars. Up to four people can stay.

Inside are a kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar and a sitting room with a wall-mounted Smart TV. The two bedrooms are a double and a twin, and the one bathroom is a shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven with an induction hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher. WiFi and central heating are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Steps matter here: there is a step up to the main door and steps down to the garden from the patio doors, so check this against anyone in your party who finds steps difficult. Neither pets nor smoking are allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am. A good-housekeeping bond is payable, and bookings in July and August 2027 carry a minimum stay of 7 nights.

Distances are 0.4 miles to a shop, 0.5 to a pub and 1.1 to the beach. The bungalow suits a family of four, or two couples sharing, who want a garden and their own parking.
