This apartment is on the second floor of a building at Bowleaze Cove, 2.5 miles from the centre of Weymouth. The beach, a pub and a shop are all 300 metres away, and the South West Coast Path passes close by. Bowleaze Cove is used for water sports and fishing, with places to eat nearby. There is no lift, so a climb of stairs comes with the sea view.
The apartment opens into a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a coffee machine. Beyond it is the lounge, which has a nautical theme, sea views, Sky TV and Netflix, and a desk space for anyone who needs to work. Balcony doors lead from the lounge onto a private balcony with outdoor seating.
There are two bedrooms: a king-size, and a twin. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.
A private off-road parking space for one car is provided outside the building. One dog is allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 16:00, and check-out is before 10:00. The flat suits a couple, or a couple with one or two children, who want to walk straight onto the beach and are happy to carry luggage up to the second floor.
