Sea Spray

Sea Spray is a holiday home in Bowleaze with views stretching across Weymouth Bay to the island of Portland. The rear garden has a patio and a picnic bench, and the esplanade starts almost outside the front. Following it leads to Weymouth town centre and the main beach, a walk of about a mile.

The double bedroom is on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom that has a bath, a shower over, a basin and a WC. The twin bedroom is on the ground floor, served by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Living space is open plan, bringing together the kitchen, a sitting area and a foldable dining table whose chairs are stored under the TV. The open-plan living space is compact.

The kitchen has an oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. There are two TVs, WiFi and gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The Oasis Café is on the doorstep, a Harvester is close by, and the pub is 0.1 miles off.

Parking is one designated off-road space, plus roadside parking when there is room. One well-behaved dog is welcome, though the patio is open plan and not fenced. The property is non-smoking and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It is best for a couple or small family, with the ground-floor twin handy for a child or a second pair.
