Bowleaze Cove beach and Café Oasis are about a minute's walk away, the shop is 0.1 miles off and the pub is 0.5 miles. Everything is on one level apart from a step into the property and one step up from the kitchen to the living room. One bedroom has a king-size double and the other has twin single beds. The two share a bathroom with a bath, a shower, a basin and a WC. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, and the apartment has gas central heating, a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Off-road parking is for two cars. One well-behaved dog is welcome, and no more than one. A 1 metre high fence with a gate stands towards the front of the property, so dog owners should bear it in mind when booking. The apartment is non-smoking, and a good housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a couple or a small family who want a ground-floor base a minute from the beach, with a car or two and a dog along.
