Outlook Lodge

Outlook Lodge is a two-bedroom property in the Bowleaze area of Weymouth, and everything is on one level. It sleeps four, with a king-size bedroom and a twin. The interior is decorated in neutrals and blues, and the pub and the shop are a 5 and a 10 minute walk away. Bowleaze Cove's shingle beach is a short walk, and the South West Coast Path is close.

The lounge, kitchen and dining area are open plan. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer and a washing machine, and there is a TV and WiFi. Heating is by gas central heating, and the rent covers fuel, power, bed linen and towels. The bathroom has a bath, a separate shower, a basin and a WC.

Patio doors open from the lounge to a lawned garden with a patio and furniture, set against countryside views. From the bedroom window there are glimpses of the sea, and from the grassed area across the road the sea views are described as panoramic. Off-road allocated parking is for two cars. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The lodge accepts one small dog; ask before booking if you want to bring a second. A good housekeeping bond is payable, and the lodge is no smoking. It suits a couple or a small family, with or without a dog, who want to be close to the cove.
