Brimar

Brimar is a three-bedroom holiday home for five, half a mile from West Bay and its harbour and 1.5 miles from the centre of Bridport. Shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach are all within half a mile. Dogs cannot stay at the property.

The lounge has comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and a gas-flame fire. A conservatory leads off it, with extra seating and a bistro table that overlooks the south-west-facing garden. The country-style kitchen/diner has a round dining table, an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine. A cloakroom with a WC is just beyond the kitchen.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: two with full-size double beds and a third with a single bed. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the floor. A travel cot and high chair are available on request.

The enclosed garden has a patio and timber decking, with a table and chairs for eating outside. Private off-road parking is for one car, and on-road parking nearby is unrestricted. The house suits a family of up to five, or a couple with friends, who want to walk to West Bay and are travelling without dogs.
