Broadmead

Broadmead is a modern three-storey house for five in West Bay, the harbour village beside Bridport. The local pub, shops and beach are 500 yards away, with the beach reached along the old gravelled railway line. A children's playground is 100 yards away, and Bridport's shops and supermarkets are 1.5 miles.

Two steps lead up into the hall, which has room for coats and boots. The ground floor holds the sitting room, with a gas fire, and the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen has a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There is Wi-Fi broadband and a TV with a DVD player, and central heating.

On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the second floor a further bedroom and bathroom. The beds are a double, a twin and a single. Both bathrooms have a shower over the bath.

At the back is a gravelled courtyard with a path, a terrace with seating and flower beds. Parking for two cars is at the rear. Towels are included, though guests should bring their own beach towels. No smoking is allowed and no dogs. It suits a family with children who want a playground and the beach on foot.
