Brock Cottage

Brock Cottage stands in West Bay, close to the harbour, with a shop and pub 0.1 miles away. It is arranged over three floors, with a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room, and it has gas central heating.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a king-size double, a double and, on the second floor, a twin. The bathroom has a bath, a separate walk-in shower and two basins, and there is a separate WC on the first floor. The kitchen has a gas range hob, an electric oven, a microwave and a fridge/freezer, and the cottage also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The walled, enclosed lawn garden has a patio area with furniture, and the cottage has off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome, with room in the garden to exercise. Smoking is not allowed. WiFi is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. The harbour gives access to walks along the coast path, and Lyme Regis, Dorchester and Weymouth are each a 30-minute drive away.

The layout works for a family or a group of friends of up to six, with or without two dogs, who are happy to use the stairs between three floors.
