Thorncroft

Thorncroft is a chalet-style bungalow in West Bay, a short walk from the town centre, with a shop 0.3 miles away and a pub 0.5 miles. It has three bedrooms: a double on the ground floor, and a king-size and a twin upstairs, so it sleeps six.

Downstairs there is a kitchen with a dishwasher, a microwave, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, a dining room, a sitting room and a boot room that opens onto the garden. A ground-floor shower room goes with the downstairs bedroom, and the upstairs bathroom has a bath with a shower over it.

The house is built on a slope. Steps lead down to it from the road and from the parking space, and the garden slopes too. The enclosed back garden has a picnic table with a bench and chairs, while the front garden is not enclosed. Parking is a designated off-road space for one car, with a small garage that measures 5.07m by 2.35m. Please do not park on the communal grass verge at the front.

Two dogs are welcome, but not on the furniture or upstairs, and they must not be left alone at the property. Smoking is not allowed. The house suits a family or friends sharing, up to six, who are comfortable with steps, stairs and a sloping garden.
