East Cliff View - West Bay

East Cliff View is a house over three floors that overlooks the harbour in West Bay. A shop and a pub are 50 metres away and the beach is 200 metres away. The South West Coast Path can be joined near the property, 350 metres away.

The ground floor has an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a lounge and a dining space, a Smart TV and a cloakroom with a WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a washing machine. Patio doors open onto an enclosed patio that overlooks the harbour. A highchair is available.

On the first floor are a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin room, plus a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. The top floor has a second king-size bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Every bedroom has a private balcony: the twin room overlooks the harbour, and the top-floor balcony has elevated harbour views.

There is one private parking space, with additional guest parking. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. The house suits three couples, or a family of six, who want a harbour setting and a balcony off each bedroom.
