Court Close

Court Close is a detached house in Litton Cheney with a private driveway. It sleeps ten in five bedrooms, and every one has its own en-suite. One bedroom is on the ground floor, a super-king-size zip-and-link with an en-suite wet room. Upstairs are a canopied super-king-size with a bathroom whose bath has a Jacuzzi and shower over it, a zip-and-link super-king-size with a shower room, a king-size with a bath and shower over (its bed is set against a wall on one side), and a third zip-and-link super-king-size with a bath and separate shower. The zip-and-link beds can be made up as twins on request. Underfloor heating and heated towel rails are in each bathroom.

The lounge has an open fire (the first basket of logs is included) and a TV with a full Sky package. A smaller snug has a second TV and a lot of books, and four of the bedrooms have a TV; the canopied one does not. The kitchen-diner has a range-style electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, an American-style fridge/freezer, two dishwashers and a Nespresso machine, but you need to bring your own pods. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A travel cot and highchair are available.

A south-facing terrace runs across the back, with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. At the side is a raised patio, and wide steps lead down to lawns with croquet and badminton equipment, a large enclosed pond and views over open countryside. Off-road parking is ample. The beach and shop are 4 miles away and the pub is within walking distance.

Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 17:00 and departure is before 10:00. The house suits two or three families, or a big group of friends, who want a bathroom each.
