Bredy View Cottage

Bredy View Cottage is a terraced house in Litton Cheney, in the Bride Valley, and it sleeps eight. The parking area is down a hillside, so a steep path leads up to the main entrance. Inside are an entrance hall, a small study and a lounge with a wood burner, Smart TV and DVD player and board games, from which winding stairs rise to the bedrooms.

There are four bedrooms: a king-size, two doubles and a twin. The double and the twin at the back of the house share the first-floor shower room with WC, and those two bedrooms and the shower room can be closed off from the other two by a sliding door, which suits two families sharing. A bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC sits beyond the utility room downstairs.

The kitchen-diner has an electric oven, an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave, and the utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Towels are included, beach towels too. Electric vehicle charging is available, payable on arrival. Two bedrooms have feather duvets. A stair gate and fireguard can be supplied on request.

Outside, a cottage garden at the front has a table and chairs, with a patio and charcoal BBQ at the side. A further garden at the back is up stone steps and uneven, so children must be accompanied there at all times. The parking area holds three vehicles. The beach and shop are 4 miles away, and the pub is within walking distance. One dog is allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 15:00 and departure is before 10:00. The cottage suits two families, or a group of friends, who do not mind a steep climb.
