Middle Farm Annex

Middle Farm Annex is a detached stone barn conversion in the village of Long Bredy, near Litton Cheney, and sits within the owner's grounds. Abbotsbury and its subtropical gardens are a 15-minute drive away. Inside, there are wooden floors and exposed beams, and the whole property is on the ground floor. Underfloor heating runs throughout, backed by gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Entering the barn, you pass a utility area and reach the twin bedroom with two single beds. Next to it are a separate WC room and a family shower room with a walk-in shower and a roll-top cast-iron bath. The kitchen has a Belfast sink, an electric oven and grill, a gas hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble drier, and a fridge and freezer. The sitting area has a woodburning stove, with a starter pack included, and a sofa bed, although the sofa bed does not raise the capacity of four. The main bedroom has a king-size double and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC.

A patio with seating surrounds the property and looks out over the owner's grounds. Off-road parking is provided. The White Horse Inn is within 1.2 miles and the nearest shop is within 5 miles, so a stock-up before arrival will help. A cot and highchair are available. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

With one level, two bedrooms and a stove, it suits two couples or a small family who want a quiet stay with their own patio.
