The Coach House - Bridport

The Coach House is a converted, Grade II listed cottage at Askerswell, near West Bay, not far from Litton Cheney, with open countryside around it. It sleeps four in two upstairs bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite shower room, and a twin that is served by the family bathroom, which has a Jacuzzi bath, a shower and WC. A third bathroom, a shower room with WC, is on the ground floor.

The kitchen-diner has a curved window and a breakfast bar for four people. It has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave, and the washing machine and dryer are on the first floor. The living room has a wood burner, with the first basket of logs included, and a Smart TV. The master bedroom has a Smart TV too. Heating is oil-fired.

Outside are seats for looking over the countryside, and a charcoal BBQ. Off-road parking takes 2 cars. The pub is 0.5 miles away, the shop 3.5 miles and the beach 4 miles.

Two dogs are allowed, and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00. It suits two couples or a small family with dogs who want a bathroom to themselves and a wood burner in the evening.
