Davids Cliff Walk

Davids Cliff Walk is a detached bungalow on a quiet no-through road in West Bay, with direct access to the cliff and its walk. The beach is 600 metres away, the pub is 900 metres away and the nearest shop is half a mile away.

A hallway leads to a long lounge and dining room, with an extending dining table that seats up to six, a Smart TV and a wood-burning-effect electric fire. The country-style kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave, with a freezer in a hallway cupboard. The double bedroom has patio doors to the garden and an en-suite shower, and the twin has a built-in wardrobe. A separate bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC.

The washing machine is in a laundry area at the back of the garage, reached through the garden door, and there is no access to the garage at the front. The enclosed rear garden is mostly lawn, and its garden room has power, heating and internet. Private parking is for two cars.

Children under 5 are not accepted, and dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is before 10am. The bungalow suits a couple, or a family with children aged 5 or over, who want a garden and a quiet road.
