Flat F Bay House

Flat F is on the second floor of Bay House, a Grade II listed building in West Bay. It has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, and the shower room has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The windows take in views of East Cliff, the beach and the harbour.

The flat takes at most two adults and two children, or three adults. Children must be over 7. The open-plan living space holds the kitchen, a lounge and a dining area, with an electric flame-effect fire and electric central heating. Cooking is on an electric oven and hob, with a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a kettle and a toaster, and there is a TV. Fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included.

The flat currently has no WiFi, so bear that in mind when booking. Guests share a front garden with a lawn. Parking is in an allocated area for the Pier Terrace apartments, on a first-come, first-served basis, and a space is not guaranteed. The shop, pub, beach and river are all 0.1 mile away, and Bridport lies to the north.

No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The flat suits a couple, or a small family with children over 7, who want to be beside the beach and harbour and who can do without WiFi.
