Harbourwalk is a single-storey apartment on the ground floor in West Bay, with the shop and pub 0.1 mile away and the beach 0.2 miles from the door. It has an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, a utility room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.

The bedrooms are a double with its own TV and a twin, so the apartment sleeps four. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle and a toaster, and the living area has a TV with Freeview and a selection of DVDs. Gas underfloor heating is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A short stroll leads into the heart of West Bay, with its cafes, pubs and harbour.

Parking is off-road, for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome and smoking is not allowed. Infants cannot be accommodated, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. From June to the end of September the apartment takes weekly bookings only, starting on a Friday. Passes for the leisure facilities at the holiday park near the building can be bought at its reception desk.

It suits two couples, or a small family with one dog, who want the beach, a shop and a pub all within 0.2 miles.
