Jurassic View

Jurassic View is a second-floor apartment just behind East Beach in the middle of West Bay, the setting for ITV's Broadchurch. A landing serves the apartment, and one step leads up into the hallway. A key-operated lift reaches the landing, but if it is out of order for maintenance or a fault, guests must use the stairs, so the lift should not be the only way you plan to get up.

Two bedrooms sleep four: a double with a view over the beach, and a twin with single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin and a WC. The sitting and dining room has a large window facing the beach and the coastline, a dining table with chairs for four, and patio doors onto the balcony. Heating is electric, the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and a fridge, and WiFi is included along with fuel, power, bed linen and towels.

The apartment takes a maximum of four adults, and no children under 12 are accepted. There is one allocated parking space, with a long-stay pay and display car park opposite the building for any second vehicle. The minimum booking is seven nights. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Restaurants, pubs and a shop are within walking distance, with the pub and shop about 5 minutes away. It suits two couples, or a group of adult friends, who want to leave the car parked all week.
