Manor Lodge

Manor Lodge is a stone-clad house standing in walled gardens in Burton Bradstock, arranged over three floors. The living spaces are a kitchen/diner, a separate dining room, a sitting room with a wood burning stove and a sunroom. Gas central heating with a gas fire is fitted, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Logs for the stove are not.

Six bedrooms sleep twelve. Three king-size rooms each have an en-suite with a walk-in shower, and the twin has one too. The second-floor family room has a king-size and a single bed, with an en-suite bath and shower over, and a further single room completes the set. A bathroom with a roll-top bath and a ground-floor shower room bring the total to seven bathrooms.

The kitchen combines an electric oven, grill and hob with a gas-fired Aga, and has a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and two dishwashers. There are two TVs with Sky, two DVD players and wifi. A highchair and a travel cot are available.

The walled garden has lawns, a patio, a summerhouse and furniture, and off-road parking takes five to six cars. A shop and a pub are each 0.1 miles away. No pets and no smoking, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits two or three families, or a large gathering of friends, who want most bedrooms to come with their own bathroom.
