Gabrianne

Gabrianne is a detached house in Burton Bradstock that sleeps eight in four bedrooms: a king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower, a second king-size, a twin and a room with bunk beds. The bunk beds are only suitable for children or small adults. The living room has an L-shaped sofa, a dining table with eight chairs sits beside it, and a conservatory looks onto the garden.

The kitchen has an electric oven, an induction hob, a microwave and a dishwasher, and the utility room has a washing machine and a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over it and a double basin. With the en-suite and the utility shower room, the house has three bathrooms. One of the king-size bedrooms has distant sea views.

Parking is for two cars, on a shared driveway for one and a separate hard stand in front of the house. There is storage for bikes and watersport equipment, and the garden has a patio, a lawn and furniture. A highchair, a travel cot and a stairgate are available. The log burner and the double garage are not for guests' use.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, kept off the furniture and out of the upstairs rooms. Smoking is not allowed and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The pub is 0.2 miles away, the shop 0.3 miles and the beach 0.8 miles. The house suits a large family or a group of friends, with children or small adults in the bunk room.
